Retail Sales Associate - The Wine Shop

As Retail Sales Associate you will help interested customers, suggest products and pairings, share samples and fulfill delivery orders.

This application is for new teammates to join us at our Loblaw Great Food (12 Hurontario Street, Collingwood), location. We are looking for professional individuals who are focused on delivering a superior shopping experience to our customers. We will teach you about our amazing products and you will introduce them to interested customers in our unique retail environment.

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Experience working with computer-based point of sale systems and handling cash an asset
• Ability to lift 40lbs on a regular basis
• Demonstrated guest/customer service experience
• Smart Serve Certification

This teammate will be accountable for...

• Handle cash and accurately balance the till
• Assisting customers with purchases and provides them with product information when required
• Assisting with product shipments and merchandising, including light cleaning of shelves and display units
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and outstanding customer service is provided to every customer
