Allied Universal® is hiring a Regional Vice President, Technology . Responsible for leading the sales and operations teams for the Allied Universal Technology business. This role will set short and long-term sales strategies for both the sales and operations teams. As a leader of the operations team, this role will be responsible for managing the relationships between Allied Universal and its external stakeholders. This incumbent will also oversee the satisfactory completion of all client projects while adhering to Key metrics such as profitability and timelines as defined by Allied Universal and its customers.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Overall responsibility for divisions’ finances and budgeting
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership; assess and minimize risk to company operations and growth
  • Create and manage efficient internal processes and project reporting as well as lead the coordination with the purchasing team for supply status and scheduling
  • Ensure understanding of all service and maintenance agreements to ensure all work orders fulfill contractual agreements
  • Ensure all requirements for timely completion of client projects are readily available by maintaining an effective inventory management system
  • Lead the sales and operations of the business through Account Management and Cost control and efficient operational efficiencies
  • Build an effective sales team to increase the capability and footprint of Allied Universal within the security industry while ensuring effective Allied Universal/Customer interface and ultimately client satisfaction
  • Ensure that acquisitions completed by the company are integrated
  • This position will assume the full profit and loss responsibility for the Allied Universal Technology Services (AUTS) business comprising up to 50 employees
  • Manage subcontractor base by ensuring proper vetting as well as ensuring any issues are resolved
  • Develop and manage strategies relating to prospecting, pricing, and customer contracts to increase the Allied Universal footprint in the marketplace and develop recurring revenue streams
  • Forecast on sales pipelines and projections
  • Oversee the dispatch of service and installation technicians to perform work (email or phone) and ensure adequate follow up to clients
  • Assist with and lead the business development and client relationships to maximize cross selling across business units


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • College or University Degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, continuous business process improvement and time and territory management
  • Prior experience directly supervising field technicians and/or subcontractors
  • Must be capable of obtaining a Federal Level II Security Clearance
  • Experience leading and growing sales teams
  • Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • A history of excellent communication skills with an attention to detail
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in an operations role in the security industry
  • Must have experience in the development and analysis of Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
  • Demonstration of commitment and reliability
  • Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:
  • Formal Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required:
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and/or passport
