Job Description
  • Greet visitors at the front desk
  • Provide support to team members on projects and specific tasks as needed
  • Coordinate the booking and setting up of the boardrooms and office management
  • Distributing and filing documents
  • General office duties required for office maintenance
  • Answer incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate team member, and answer general inquiries via telephone, email, or walk-in


Requirements


  • Experience working in a Professional Services environment is preferred
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to exercise tact and discretion in dealing with confidential issues
  • Post-Secondary education in an Office Administration or related field is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication and comprehension skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Organization and time management skills
