Quality Assurance Manager Jobs

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate problem-solving methods and ensure personnel throughout the organization are trained in using them.
• Lead warranty improvement and Conduct VOC customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of quality products and process;
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies as they relate to products.
• Administer the Quality Management System (QMS) to achieve and adhere to the above.
• Creating total Cost Of Quality (COQ)framework and drive the continuous improvement roadmap
• Other duties and responsibilities as appropriate for the role.
• Responsible for the quality life cycle from design quality ,supplier quality, process quality to after sales warranty and customer quality experience improvement;
• Actively participate & lead New product introduction (NPI) quality upon assignment
• Identify and set appropriate quality objectives, policies, and standards, communicating them throughout the organization.
• Drive the quality culture pushing customer focus, creating quality awareness and understanding through training and development, monitoring performance, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, etc.

Qualifications

• Five to 10 years of experience in related field required
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• ASQ Certified Manager of Quality
• Knowledge of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or field related to the products being developed required.
