Wage: $22.00 to $23.35 / hour

Duties

• Issues food, beverage and non-food goods to appropriate departments based on requisition orders.
• Responsible for sourcing vendors and ordering and tracking all purchases as well as receiving them – all in a timely manner. 
• Check all incoming goods (food and non-food items) against delivery invoices, food specifications and purchase records to assure that the type and amount of items charged and ordered were received. 

Requirements

• On the job training is provided
• Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
• Ability to all shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays and overnight shifts
• Strong command of the English language, both written and oral are required
• Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check.
• As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Stewards to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
