Our commercial real estate Client is seeking a Property/Land Development Accountant to join their dynamic team. As a Property/Land Development Accountant, you will complete the property accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties including: monthly P & L reporting, analysis of AR/AP, prepare accruals and GL adjustments, bank reconciliations, CAMS analysis and reviews, GST returns, oversee operating cost recoveries, review commercial leases for contract set-up and coding.
