About Our Client
Our client is seeking an experienced and talented Senior ICI Construction Project Manager to join their team in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Project Management Office, training and mentoring junior project managers, and managing large construction projects.

• Train and mentor junior project managers, providing guidance and support in project management and construction practices
• Oversee the Project Management Office and provide leadership to the team
• Manage and lead large construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
• Manage and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Continuously improve processes and procedures for increased efficiency and profitability
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance on all projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and profitable completion

The Successful Applicant

• Proficient in project management software, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of construction practices, methods, and materials
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. an asset
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing larger ICI projects
• Knowledge of Ontario construction regulations and requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Previous experience as a superintendent is preferred
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and train junior team members
