Project Manager / Entry Level (Remote)

We are seeking an entry-level Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. This position is remote and based in Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
• Identify project risks and develop contingency plans
• Coordinate project team activities and communication
• Track project progress and ensure milestones are met
• Ensure project documentation and reporting is accurate and up-to-date
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Manage project scope and ensure deliverables meet client expectations
• Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes
• Contribute to a positive team environment and culture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
