Job Description
As the Entry Level Training and Sales Manager, you drive sales growth by overseeing a designated territory and managing a smaller team of Outside Sales Representatives. You are responsible for onboarding and training new team members and ensuring they receive optimal coaching and mentorship in outside sales, customer service techniques, client compliance requirements, and territory management.


The Entry Level Training and Sales Manager is the subject matter expert in all company policies, client promotions, product and service offerings, and people processes. You are responsible for creating a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and high performance in our Sales Representatives through their ongoing training and development. The right individual for this role is driven, focused, growth-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.


***Please note that this is an entry level position and you will be required to train in outside sales, promotional marketing, and direct customer service prior to managing a territory and sales team.***


Core Responsibilities:


  • Lead from the front and execute field sales and promotional marketing activities
  • Monitor sales performance in a designated territory and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain a working knowledge of available promotions, confidentiality requirements, and new customer onboarding procedures to maintain compliance with the client
  • Answer customer questions thoroughly with the utmost level of professionalism and honesty
  • Communicate with potential buyers and review available products and services that suit the buyer’s needs
  • Onboard and train Outside Sales Representatives in our sales methods, customer service and promotional marketing


Qualifications:
