Entry Level / Project Manager (Remote)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. This is a remote position based in Canada, and we are looking for someone who can work independently while collaborating effectively with our team.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful completion within scope, schedule, and budget constraints
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the team and clients
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
• Facilitate team meetings, track progress, and maintain project documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and implement changes
• Mentor and coach junior team members to support their growth and development

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g. Asana, Trello, Jira)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
