Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and root cause field issues.
• Identify the fixes for the issues and develop/test/verify the same.
• Defect analysis and tracking.
• Provide critical support to field deployments.

Job Requirement:

• Fault Analysis & Quality Monitoring/Analysis of Network & System.
• Knowledge and hands on experience with O-RAN FH/M-plane.
• Experience in Docker/Kubernetes/Container platforms.
• OAM SW Development experience (preferably eNB or gNB).
• Experience in AISG, RET/TMA device management.
• Knowledge of SNMP/TR-069/WEB/XML/YANG/NetConf/YAML.
• A very good understanding of Software Management, Configuration Management, Fault Management, Performance Management, Test Management.
• C/C++, Linux Programming.

Education and Experience:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Software Technology or equivalent education.
