Plant Operator Jobs

Techmation Electric & Controls is looking for a Plant Operator for our project in Peace River. Individuals must be knowledgeable about current OH&S legislation, and conversant with the industry standards and practices of today’s safety-focused Oil & Gas sector. While this is a camp position that offers a 8/6 shift, preference will be given to applicants in the immediate area.
Requirements

• Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work within a team environment
• Minimum 3 years experience as a field/plant operator
• Previous experience with Amine, compression, sour gas, dehy, and SCADA is an asset
• Current Standard First Aid Level 1, Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive and CSO certificates are a requirement
• Preference will be given to contract operators with their own company
• Must be able to also work independently and complete routine tasks
