Job Description

To fulfill Pattison Agricultures’ vision ofGROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVINGwe are looking for aParts Technicianto join our Parts Department inKindersley, SK.The successful candidate will be responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories.


Responsibilities

This individual’s responsibilities include:

  • Advising customers on additional parts that may be beneficial to a repair or service
  • Delivering an exceptional customer service experience
  • Assisting in other areas of the parts department as needed
  • Answering phone inquiries related to the parts department
  • Stocking duties and organizing parts room

Requirements

This would be an ideal position if you have:

  • The ability to work flexible/extended hours and weekends
  • Robust customer service to internal and external customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Parts and machinery knowledge would be an asset
  • Experience working with software systems
  • The ability to lift heavy parts
  • A valid driver’s license
