StyleLabs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Online Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As an expert in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Social Ads, and Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online advertising campaigns and optimizing their performance. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize campaigns continuously, leveraging analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices, proactively suggesting innovative ideas and strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to enhance ad relevancy, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and recommending actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Develop and execute innovative online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and display networks.
- Implement and manage Google Tag Manager to track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize conversion rates and drive ROI.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and adherence to budget and timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and display advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven track record of successfully managing online advertising campaigns, preferably with a focus on Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics, with the ability to set up and optimize tracking codes, conversion goals, and custom reports.
- Proficiency in social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or Twitter Ads.
