Position Summary
Reporting to the AB Community Director and Manager, Administration & Donor Services, the Campaign Support Assistant will provide administrative support for the Albert provincial office, Terry Fox Community Run and the Terry Fox School Run programs. Responsibilities include communications with event stakeholders to provide positive engagement experiences, administrative duties, fulfilling merchandise orders and processing event revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Manage reception area and in-person visitors
•Answer telephone and general email enquiries
•Pack and ship inventory / merchandise orders to
RO’s and supporters
•Process donations, pledges, and tributes in SF
•Support both School and Community departments with any additional tasks
Salesforce (Database) Management
•Complete CRM Salesforce data entry updates as required
•Update donor platform with any updates
•Support departments with additional tasks as scheduled
Finance
•Receive and process fundraising revenue and paperwork.
•Deposit cash and cheque donations via cheque scanner or bank deposit
•Tax receipting
Qualifications
•Experience in an administrative or customer service capacity in a fast-paced environment
•Demonstrated experience with Office 365 and Salesforce or similar CRM system
•Ability to take initiative, anticipate potential problems, and take appropriate action
•Ability to balance multiple projects and activities with competing deadlines
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Keen attention to detail with strong organization and time management skills
•Outstanding donor or customer relations skills
•Energetic, dedicated, and flexible individual who works well on their own and as part of a team
