This opening is for our Edmonton office and reports to the Digital Media Director.

Responsibilities


  • Campaign platforms set up and budget management following approved media blocking charts
  • Keep clients and campaign documents updated and organized in folders
  • Internally communicate with team members and other departments about campaign performances and change recommendation.
  • Send out Buying Requests and IOs management for third party vendors
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, participating in industry webinars and events when possible
  • Build dashboards according to client's requirements, campaign objectives and metrics as well as bring insights and recommendations to campaigns in a clear an effective way.
  • Work with the Digital Media Director and overall media campaign planner to develop campaign strategies bringing insights from trends and past campaign results
  • Review campaign deliveries and update campaign trackers in a weekly basis
  • Participate in client meetings and present campaign dashboards , as assigned
  • Assist with campaign tactics definition and media blocking chart updates
  • Effectively communicate with vendors and third parties to assure campaigns are set up and delivering
  • Keep digital platforms certification current
  • Assist with tags and pixels implementation on Google tag manager
  • Assist with DDS Entries and campaigns budgets updated in SmartSheet for finance.
  • Provide buying assistance to the Digital Buyers as needed


Qualifications


Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience. Experience from setting up campaigns in different platforms, managing campaign budgets to reporting and recommendations, preferably in an agency environment. You’re performance-minded and a pro with Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other self-serve platforms, launching thoughtful search campaigns using the latest features and strategies.


You’re passionate about data, are a born problem solver and lifelong learner. Setting up conversion tracking for Google and Facebook comes second nature to you. You can work independently, as well as part of a team, and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Advanced Excel and presentation-building skills give you the competitive edge and you are able to present to clients with confidence. A proven ability to meet deadlines is a must.


Google ads certification is a must, as well as previous experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Tag Manager. A marketing, or business degree including coursework in math, stats or data analysis an asset.
