What You’ll Do:

Are you passionate about design and being able to help tell a story visually? We are looking for a creative designer who can build a compelling story through print, web, video, social and other mediums? As the Multimedia Designer, you’ll drive the creative design process for graphics, video, and visual communication strategies. You’ll design and implement creative via various mediums to improve our brand, creative, and content to help engage our core audiences. This exciting global role sits within a creative marketing team and reports to the VP, Marketing.

• Follows web graphic design standards, including style guides, templates, style sheets, file archiving processes, and file naming conventions.
• Video production experience is required. Delivers high-quality, engaging short-form videos in support of communications and business goals. Executes pre- and post-production skills including conceptualization, storyboarding, script help, editing, and post-production process.
• Stays up to date with best-of-breed toolsets and new information in ad technology, interactive media, and digital design. Pursues and shares best practices with the team.
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously; produces assignments with speed and accuracy to meet the time, budget, and stakeholders needs. Keeps up-to-date records of project time.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
• Experienced with project management. Can troubleshoot process and technical issues. Regularly presents leaders with project status updates.
• Transforms draft materials and concepts into concise and meaningful visuals, media, and/or design solutions.
• Ability to design master templates as well as specific documentation to support various team member requirements
• Conceptualizes, presents, and executes digital, print, and video-based multimedia design solutions. Translates business needs into interactive web designs that capture the desired brand positioning.
• Serves as design technical lead. Provides consultative services as it relates to multimedia web enhancements.
• Works closely with leaders and peers to ensure brand consistency across all projects. Explains and supports brand standards when working with other departments or partners.

Who You Are:

• Strong organizational and project management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in graphic design and video creation/editing
• Ability to take art direction.
• Strong artistic conceptualization and visualization skills, user-centered design, graphic style guides, typography, interactive infographics.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite, including Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing
• Experience digitizing and editing audio and video is required.

You should apply if:

You have 3-10 yrs of proven creative work experience designing impactful graphic and video content for global brands or organizations. Identify opportunities to create new and fresh video content by utilizing new trends and/or tools. A strong and diverse portfolio of graphics and video creative. You have experience and passion in SaaS with a keen understanding of marketing strategy and execution. Proficiency in Final Cut Pro / Premiere Pro & After Effects.Knowledge of graphics software like Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of Motion Graphics is preferred. Excellent writing skills in English.
