Ms Dynamics Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Use the Agile Way of Working to deliver the business requirements
• Writing user stories, conducting grooming sessions and story walkthroughs.
• Gather business information from multiple sources, perform analysis and provide consolidated analysis.
• Facilitating and participation in design discussion and workshops.
• Identify design problems and devise solutions across technologies.
• Help prioritize requirements and create mock-ups
• Work with business users to develop acceptance criteria for the test cases and test scenarios
• Coordinate with development team to provide better understanding of the business users need and help resolve any queries related to the requirements.
• Document the business requirements, review them with the business and technology teams and obtain customer acceptance for the same.
• Help clients evaluate options and prioritize potential scope based on what client values and needs most.
• Meet with the business users and gather application requirements, use cases, user stories and develop strategies to meet those needs.
• Impacts analysis of change requests on the existing business flows.
• Identify and link functional and technical requirements to deliver an end-to-end solution
• Reviewing business needs, researching potential solutions, and providing solid process and technical recommendations
• Setup and configure the D365 solution

Experience

• Able to translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to
• Writing technical and user documentation
• Developing technical design specifications
• Other desired qualifications:
• Developing 'to be' functional design specifications
• Performing and/or managing conference room pilots
• Ability to communicate technical aspects to non-technical shareholders
• Gathering 'as is' functional design specifications
• Business Analysis/Business process consulting
• Agile experience is a plus
• Logical thinking skills and methodical approach to work
• Experience must include creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes
• Ability to work closely with the team to define the user-facing and technical requirements, to document the requirements as needed, and to determine the order of their implementation.
• High level of initiative and accountability for deliverables and deadlines
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics D365
• In-depth functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Gap analysis
• Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
• Minimum of 7 years functional and technical experience with Microsoft D365 implementation and Azure integration
• Performing staff & user training
