The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be responsible for the delivery of the items assigned to you with quality and should interact with cross functional team and resolve the problem. You should excel in working with global stakeholders and have outstanding communication and leadership skills and report to the Project Manager.

What You'll Do

Participate in the development of control algorithms for electric traction motors in Automotive.

Participate actively in cross-functional teams’ development for features such as NVH reduction, Thermal models, Efficiency, Torque Accuracy, etc. Supervise engineers, technicians, interns/students in activities related to control algorithms (task definition, implementation, testing…); Analyse, propose and implement more efficient work methods; Document his work according to the processes in place.

Who You Are?

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Master or PhD. Specialized in electrical machine control (PMSM).

Demonstrated experience with MATLAB/Simulink

5 years of relevant experience in traction electric motor control in the Automotive industry.

Experience with ASPICE and ISO-26262

Experience in embedded C for motor control applications
