Position Details:

• Job Title: Mortgage Agent/Broker

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet monthly targets by closing a minimum of 5 mortgage transactions per month.
• Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and lenders to ensure smooth and efficient mortgage processing.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of current mortgage rates, terms, and lending policies.
• Leads will be provided, however Brokers must generate a minimum of 10 leads per month through various prospecting methods
• Facilitate mortgage transactions by providing comprehensive advice, assessing client eligibility, and recommending suitable mortgage products.

Compensation:

• No commission split.
• Transaction fee per closed mortgage is set at $1800.
• This is a commission-based position.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid mortgage broker license.
• Excellent knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and industry trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Proven experience as a mortgage broker with a successful track record.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
