Job Description
About The Job
If you have experience working in construction, outdoor yards, garden centers, forestry, or agriculture, this may be a position for you. To start your career with RAM Iron & Metal Inc. Training will be provided for the right individual.
Yard Traffic Spotter
  • Location: Downsview
  • Shift: Day
If you are open to working outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
To Do The Following
  • Not any material that does not meet conformities.
  • Evaluate incoming material direct and where to dump.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
  • Ensure clear roadways and housekeeping of the yard.
  • Grade and inspect incoming loads.
  • Direct traffic to ensure safe movement for personnel in the yard.
  • Ensure incoming material meets conformities.
We Think It Would Be Awesome If You Have
  • Experience with front-end loaders is an asset.
  • Prior experience working outdoors is an asset.
  • Knowledge of metal is an asset.
  • Experience with a forklift (valid forklift certification on Counterbalance).
