What is the job?

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with computer systems
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform vehicle repairs.
• Oversee and comply with safety, maintenance, and standard operating procedures.
• Work hands with your staff, providing support when needed.
• Oversee the parts inventory maintained and used in this maintenance facility.
• Active participation in the work is needed to complete unscheduled repairs to the vehicles serviced by this maintenance facility.

What do you bring to the job?

• Supervisor experience in purchasing, and budget management experience
• 5 years of experience in a supervisory role or industry experience
• Background in planning and scheduling maintenance repairs (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
• Must be willing to work flexible schedules.
• Truck and Trailer mechanical repair experience
• Experience with Compliance with the local applicable DOT compliance of Med / Heavy Trucks
