Key Responsibilities:

·Assist in the development and creation of various marketing materials, including brochures, product catalogs, videos, and digital content, maintaining a consistent brand identity.

·Coordinate and curate our social media presence, crafting compelling posts and engaging with our online community to foster brand loyalty and interaction.

·Participate in the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and conferences, showcasing Honey Bee's cutting-edge agricultural equipment and capturing valuable market insights.

·Support the planning and implementation of email marketing campaigns, including content drafting and subscriber list management.

·Contribute to the maintenance and updates of our company website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information, visuals, and content.

·Coordinate market research projects to identify industry trends, competitive activities, and customer preferences, sharing insights to help shape our marketing strategies.

·Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.

·Monitor and analyze key performance metrics from marketing campaigns, producing regular reports to assess effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies.

·Assist in creating and distributing press releases, articles, and other communication materials to relevant industry publications.

·Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and insights to the marketing team.

Qualifications:

·Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (exceptions may be made for candidates with valuable work experience).

·1-2 years of proven experience in marketing coordination, preferably within the agriculture, manufacturing, or related sectors (exceptions may be made for candidates with appropriate education or training).

·Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.

·Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and email marketing platforms.

·Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

·Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

·Strong organizational skills, combined with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

·Familiarity with agriculture equipment, machinery, or related industries is advantageous.

·Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and industry events to help with generating media and market research information.
