We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead the team for a prominent real estate developer in Saskatchewan. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Train and coach sales representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments within the organization, such as finance, legal, and operations, to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market in Saskatchewan, including current property values, market trends, and regulations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay up-to-date with market trends and developments.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:


  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Saskatchewan real estate market.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
