Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data, including website traffic, email campaign performance, and social media metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on data analysis to enhance marketing strategies and tactics.
- Other duties as required
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining marketing inventory.
- Manage the organization's content calendar, ensuring timely publication and distribution of content.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing marketing activities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and campaign results.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and assets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, target audiences, and potential opportunities.
- Help with search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, keyword research, and content optimization to improve organic visibility.
- Assist in managing and updating the organization's website, ensuring consistency to brand standards, content accuracy, relevance, and user-friendliness.
- Assist in creating and proofreading marketing content, such as blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Collaborate with designers, operations, and other stakeholders to create engaging and strategically-targeted marketing materials.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in marketing or related roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic design principles and graphic design software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
