Reporting to the Product Strategy Team Lead, the Product Strategy Manager will be responsible for leading the Internet product strategy (Internet/ Wi-Fi/ Equipment/ Added value services evolution and take-to-market) with the ultimate objective of achieving our strategic goals and P&L targets while always keeping the customer front and centre.
This role brings together exploration, analysis and strategic development to build a customer and business story that drives value. You will be responsible for managing the implementation of a wide range of projects and programs that primarily focus on bringing new and refreshed products to market, from the initial business case, to value proposition, customer journey and market launch.
As a Product Strategy Manager you will be in charge of the Internet Product long term roadmap in collaboration with the Product team and also contribute to the annual and quarterly business plans. You will have to secure funding and organisational support for these strategies as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Own take-to-market for new products, features and improvements, from planning to market introduction
- Build profitable business cases and product value propositions to distinguish Cogeco and drive sustainable growth
- In charge of the Internet Product long term roadmap in collaboration with the Product team and also contribute to the annual and quarterly business plans
- Collaboratively prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership teams
- Build and lead strategic plans with an emphasis on improving product & service offerings that drive business results (sales, KPIs), continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Provide critical program updates, reports, timelines, milestones and decisions for the leadership team
- Uncover insights to build effective & innovative strategies based on rigorous analysis (market trends, customer trends and business dynamics)
- Create and maintain detailed road maps, project plans and report on cross functional weekly/monthly touchpoints
- Define an optimal end-to-end customer experience with partners (Product, Marketing, Customer Journey, Brand and Channel Readiness)
ACADEMIC TRAINING:
- University Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
- Have experience in program and product launch as well as planning
- Advanced PC skills including the ability to work proficiently in Google Office Suite
- +8 years of combined and relevant experience in marketing and sales experience. Internet product management experience is a plus.
- +8 years experience in a high volume/fast paced work environment
- The ability to multi-task and manage concurrent projects in a faced paced environment with limited supervision is required
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative to identify and resolve problems independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work effectively with cross functional partners and adapt to changing environment
- Demonstrate curiosity & ability to think outside the box to change the status quo
- Ability to present to senior management
- A customer centric approach to marketing
- Strategic thinking and negotiation skills combined with the ability to effectively synthesise and simplify complex situations.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
- Fournir des mises à jour de programmes critiques, des rapports, des calendriers, des jalons et des décisions pour l'équipe de direction.
- Définir une expérience client optimale de bout en bout avec les partenaires (produit, marketing, parcours client, marque et canaux).
- Préparer et réaliser en collaboration des présentations pour les équipes de direction.
- Responsable du développement de la feuille de route stratégique du produit Internet à long terme en collaboration à l’équipe produit et vous contribuerez également aux plans d'activités annuels et trimestriels
- Réaliser des analyses de rentabilité et élaborer des propositions de valeur de produits pour aider Cogeco à se démarquer et favoriser une croissance durable.
- Créer et maintenir des feuilles de route détaillées, des plans de projet et rendre compte des points de contact hebdomadaires/mensuels interfonctionnels.
- S'approprier la mise en marché de nouveaux produits, fonctionnalités et améliorations, de la planification à l'introduction sur le marché.
- Acquérir des connaissances pour élaborer des stratégies efficaces et novatrices basées sur une analyse rigoureuse (tendances du marché, tendances consommateurs et dynamiques de l'entreprise).
- Développer et diriger la mise en œuvre des plans stratégiques en mettant l'accent sur l'amélioration des offres de produits et de services qui stimulent les résultats commerciaux (ventes, ICP), l'amélioration continue et l'efficacité opérationnelle.
FORMATION ACADÉMIQUE
- Diplôme universitaire en marketing, en communication ou dans un domaine connexe de préférence.
- Compétences avancées en informatique, y compris la capacité à travailler efficacement dans la suite Google Office.
- Plus de 8 années d'expérience combinée et pertinente dans le domaine du marketing et des ventes. L’expérience en gestion de produit Internet est un atout.
- Plus de 8 années d'expérience dans un environnement de travail à volume élevé et à rythme rapide.
- Avoir de l'expérience dans le lancement de programmes et de produits ainsi que dans la planification.
- Être capable de s’automotiver et de prendre des initiatives pour détecter les problèmes et les résoudre de manière indépendante.
- Excellente communication écrite et verbale
- Curiosité et capacité à sortir des sentiers battus pour remettre en question le statu quo.
- Approche du marketing centrée sur le client.
- Pensée stratégique et compétences en matière de négociation combinées à la capacité de synthétiser et de simplifier efficacement des problèmes d’affaires complexes.
- Capacité à faire des présentations à la haute direction.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à gérer des projets simultanés dans un environnement à rythme soutenu avec une supervision limitée.
