- 10% of Travel as required
- Responsible for overseeing the commercial and event strategy for all the shop visits while working with the shop operations team to ensure customers’ orders are on-track to commitment date.
- Accountable for budget, staffing, and business/operational results; provides updates and prepares presentations to senior leadership.
- Ensures that employee engagement and development is a top priority. Enables and empowers the team to produce results in a rapidly changing environment, while leading the selection, training, and mentoring of professionals on the team and holding team members accountable for meeting customer commitments.
- Leads continuous improvement events to ensure an involving and improved customer experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 8+ years experience in Business, Operations or Engineering, OR a Master's Degree with a minimum of 5+ years experience in Business, Operations or Engineering
- Minimum 2 years management experience
