In this role, the candidate will manage a group of 15-20 professionals who are responsible for the engine after-sale maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) events at Pratt & Whitney Engine Services in Bridgeport, WV, and in the Regional Service Center Network. The Manager is responsible for ensuring that the team works in a cohesive manner to complete the responsibilities below.


Key Responsibilities:


  • 10% of Travel as required
  • Responsible for overseeing the commercial and event strategy for all the shop visits while working with the shop operations team to ensure customers’ orders are on-track to commitment date.
  • Accountable for budget, staffing, and business/operational results; provides updates and prepares presentations to senior leadership.
  • Ensures that employee engagement and development is a top priority. Enables and empowers the team to produce results in a rapidly changing environment, while leading the selection, training, and mentoring of professionals on the team and holding team members accountable for meeting customer commitments.
  • Leads continuous improvement events to ensure an involving and improved customer experience.


Basic Qualifications:


  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
  • A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 8+ years experience in Business, Operations or Engineering, OR a Master's Degree with a minimum of 5+ years experience in Business, Operations or Engineering


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years management experience

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.


Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
