Work Arrangement: Hybrid: You'll work both remote and onsite, where time onsite is based on your job accountabilities and performance objectives.

Within the Client Experience and Product team, under the Advice Solutions program, this role is focused on expanding ATB's value offerings via third-party partnerships to help clients support their business, personal and wealth needs. As ATB's next Manager, Advice Solutions, you will help define the product vision and lead cross functional teams in planning and execution of the supporting strategy throughout the product life cycle; you will own (or contribute) and be required to drive to the expected client outcomes and business objectives as part of the Advice Solution program.

• Acts as enterprise SME on third party product or product lines; accountable for delivering annual business objectives
• Creates and maintains continuous product strategy and roadmap for iterations against client and business outcomes
• Delivers feasible, viable and desirable client experience for third party product and/or product lines by leveraging data insights, partners, and stakeholders
• Accountable for delivery of client & business outcomes; discovers, designs, develops and manages activities for a specific third party product or group of third party products through entire lifecycle
• Works cross-functionally with relevant teams and stakeholder groups to support the third party product throughout the product life cycle

Requirements

• Interpersonal & Leadership Skills including Stakeholder Management, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving, Prioritization and Managing Expectations, Teaming in a Matrix Environment and Influence
• AIPMM certified, or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, computer science or equivalent degree or prior experience as an entrepreneur, product manager, or product designer in a company required
• Business Fundamentals including Business Analysis, Client Centricity and Value Creation
• All elements of Product Management including Strategy, Product Requirements, Product Pricing, Product Forecasting, Product Launch, Product Messaging, Product Retirement & End Of Life, Competitive Analysis, End-To-End Product Lifecycle Management, Product Analysis, Financial Product Management, Product Risk Assessment, User & Market Research for Financial Products
• Project and Program Management including Project Framing & Business Case
• Experience with Agile Ways of Working
• Knowledge and understanding of Experience Design, Research & Insights, Third Party Management, Vendor Relations
