Based in Parry Sound, the Maintenance/Landscape Property Technician will report to the Property Manager and will have a wide range of duties which ultimately focus on helping achieve the overall maintenance and improvement of our client’s properties.

What You’ll Do:

The Maintenance/Landscape Property Technician will be part of the Property Management team within TULLOCH’s Contract Administration division. You will:

• Contribute to the delivery of completed landscaping and construction projects
• Complete daily checks of equipment and tools, as required
• Follow safe handling procedures for use of equipment and tools
• Apply the utmost quality of care for each property and the projects we undertake, taking full responsibility to deliver beyond expectations every time
• Assist the Property Manager with maintenance responsibilities on large Muskoka properties, including but not limited to: lawn care, cleaning buildings, pressure washing, weeding gardens, applying mulch, and general maintenance and repairs
• Assist the Property Manager in projects that require some knowledge of mechanics and carpentry
• Wear PPE and adhere to TULLOCH’s Health & Safety procedures at all times

• Physically capable of navigating rough terrain and undertaking manual work for extended periods
• You are able to work part-time to full-time hours, including weekends or stat holidays when required

What You Should Bring:

The ideal candidate will love being outside and working with tools and equipment. Additionally, you should have:

• Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills
• High motivation with results-oriented focus
• A valid Class G driver’s licence is considered an asset
