Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced maintenance laborers to join our maintenance yard and shop in the Fort McMurray area!


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Operating Forklift or Skid Steer for yard clean up and moving parts around the yard
  • Yard and Shop Laboring and/ or clean up may be required. Sweeping the shop, weed whacking, empty garbage’s, helping mechanics, rigging up trucks, etc
  • Wash bay attendant duties - Washing equipment, cleaning equipment etc
  • Helping mechanics with preventative maintenance


Requirements


  • Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs in a physically demanding environment
  • Required to work outside under all weather conditions
  • Valid class 5 driver’s license with clean 3 year drivers abstract
  • Must be able to work up to 12 hours a day
  • Must be able to work day or night shifts
  • Local to Fort McMurray preferred,
  • Must have (or be willing to obtain) CSTS-09 / OSSA Regional or BSO or CSO, TDG, H2S Alive, Intermediate First Aid, and Bear Awareness (in class)
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience laboring in a shop environment

Wage range $21-$27 based on skills and experience
