Permanent Full-Time Job as a Machine Operator - Packaging Machine
An exciting opportunity to utilize and gain new skills with a reputable company in Aurora, Ontario
12 hours straight shifts, paying 2 hours of overtime every week!! $$$$ 46 hours per week
Full-Time shift - straight night 12 hours ( 7:30 pm - 7:30 am)
Monday to Thursday (Get the rest of the week off!)
$19 to start with the opportunity to increase after probation period!
This position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/production environment
Food experience is considered as a strong asset!
New graduates and students are welcomed as long as they can commit to the schedule and have the intention to work for more than 1 year with one company
Main Intersections in Aurora are Industrial Parkway S and Vandorf Sideroad

Responsibilities
What you will be doing
  • Conducting daily inspections, troubleshooting and operation of machinery for packaging of baked goods
  • Imputing proper codes and settings in the machine before running
  • Support other production lines if needed
  • Ensure no product is stuck and turn off the machine before making any adjustments in a safely manner
  • Ensuring proper set up of the machine
Qualifications
  • Great communication skills are necessary in this job
  • Numeric and computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and work on different duties
  • Must be able to commute to Aurora, location is very important for reliability purposes
  • Mechanically inclined, able to operate machinery
  • Punctual and committed to work
