Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and feature engineering to support machine learning model development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, data engineers, and software engineers, to design, develop and deploy machine learning models that meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain MLOps infrastructure to automate the training, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models in production environments.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning and MLOps and evaluate new technologies that can improve our processes and models.
• Develop and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines for machine learning models, ensuring that they are tested, validated, and deployed in a consistent and reliable manner.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior data scientists and machine learning engineers.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• At least 4 years of experience in machine learning model development and MLOps.
• Familiarity with AWS is a plus, especially including a subset of the following services RDS, EC2, S3, Step Functions, Glue, SNS, Kinesis, Lambda, DynamoDB, EMR, Redshift, and Elasticsearch
• 3+ years’ experience designing, developing, and supporting applications in a cloud environment.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure and their associated machine learning services.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience with data engineering and data processing technologies such as Spark, Hive, or Flink.
• Strong experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and related tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Base Pay Range 74,550.00 - 117,150.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above

Base Pay Range 66,640.00 - 104,720.00 USD
