As an LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our senior residents. We are looking for someone who not only possesses exceptional nursing skills but also knows how to bring joy and laughter into the daily lives of our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide personalized care plans, administer medications, and carry out various medical procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Monitor and assess residents health conditions regularly.
• Provide compassionate nursing care to our senior residents.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans.
• Foster a positive and enjoyable atmosphere within the facility.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
