Logistics Co-Ordinator Jobs

The role involves all aspects of project management, from the first stage of the initial enquiry right through to the despatch of product to site, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget

This position manages and controls all the information and logistics movements from the point of customer order to site delivery. This will mean liaising with customers, suppliers and external transport providers and making sure customers are kept updated throughout

With each co-ordinator having a quota of orders they are responsible for, they manage the schemes from start to finish - keeping internal documentation up to date and accurate.

• This role is ideally suited to someone looking for a long-term opportunity within a business. Experience working in a similar role for at least 3 years is required.
• The ideal candidate would have a great attitude with a desire to learn along with a good work ethic
• Candidates should possess good IT skills and have a professional telephone manner. As the role is dynamic, it is important to be able to multi-task under pressure and deal with a high volume workload.
• Due to hybrid working the ideal candidate will work well within a team but also alone when working remotely.
• Candidates should have a proactive approach to problem solving, the ability to make things happen and enable client's instructions to be converted to reality. People with the desire to exceed client's expectations are essential for this position
