Job Description

Who Am I?:

A mortgage broker(2009) and insurance broker(2000) in BC. I provide a service in which I restructure business owners' corporations to maximize financing and minimize taxes. Through this process, we generate mortgages and insurance businesses.


What type of clientele do we work with?

Successful business owners who invest in real estate.

What's my current challenge?

2 Months ago, I made the corporate structuring service free. By making it free, the service blew up. I had to stop taking on new clients as I did not have the admin power to deal with the back-end administration.


What role am I looking for?

We are looking for a BC life-licensed administrator who will:

  • Conduct general admin of the policies once in force
  • Underwrite the application with the carriers
  • Take in-life applications from the client via Zoom


Is there selling involved?

No. That is my role. Admin and application intake are what I need.
