- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour+ Commissions
- Location: Victoria, BC
- Part-time hours: 20-35 per week
Note - Class 5 Driver’s Licence and a personal vehicle is required

To help in our day-to-day operations, we are seeking a Showings Co-ordinator who will act as the initial point of contact for potential residents, offering a welcoming experience.

What you will do:
- Provide administrative support to the Leasing Manager, including preparation of agreements and scheduling appointments;
- Respond to rental inquiries that come via email or phone in a timely, pleasant and informative way;
- Keep track of tenant files and ensure files are up to date and complete;
- Manage the scanning and filing of lease related documentation;
- Respond to tenant inquiries regarding lease, terms, and payment details;
- Provide detailed information about vacant suites to prospective residents via various channels;
- Work closely with Marketing Team to update advertising and media channels, promotional programs and signage for the property;
- Schedule Move-in inspections;
- Coordinate with tenants ensuring executed copies of agreements and deposits is received in a timely manner;
- Conduct viewings and open houses in a professional manner to show the available rental units to prospective tenants;
Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education
- Experience in rental and leasing roles is an asset
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
