  • Genellipse Inc. as an AI Company is seeking a AWS Infrastructure / cloud engineer. The candidate will be responsible to work closely with the product owner and lead architect on the implementation and ongoing support of the company’s modern cloud first AWS infrastructure. This position requires a strong technical background combined with exceptional customer service experience. The role will be a high-impact engineering role expected to work closely with teammates to ensure timely delivery and ongoing support of our AWS infrastructure, and to establish new solutions in ever evolving AWS environment.
  • Be able to code in python
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting of AWS infrastructure and applications flows.
  • Resolve problems at their root, looking for failure patterns and driving resolution
  • Cloud Infrastructure / Operations Engineer - AWS
  • Automated and tuning of operational systems such as EC2 instances, VPCs, Cloud managed databases, IAM technologies, etc.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IAC) using AWS CDK, Cloud Formation
  • The role will be working directly with our client
  • Continuously develop technical skills to gain mastery with the established DevOps toolchain and stay current with new services and technologies
  • Experience with load balancing and reverse proxy technologies
  • Experience with software containers and related technologies, e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, ECS, EKS
  • Provide strong leadership and daily work direction and mentorship to the engineering vertical.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Design and extend management capabilities in a multi-tenant, multi-account AWS environment
  • Working experience using AWS APIs, CLI, CDK to automate infrastructure
  • Work closely with application teams to gather infrastructure needs
  • Identify, design, and develop automation solutions to create, manage and improve cloud infrastructure, builds, and deployments
  • Serve as a technical escalation point to troubleshoot complex issues within AWS infrastructure.
  • Good organizational and time management skills facilitating the ability to work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with infrastructure and application performance monitoring, centralized logging, and application error tracking
