Job Description

Intermediate Manual Software Tester


Location: Remote - but Candidates must be located in Greater Vancouver Area

Terms: 6 Month Contract (Extensions Available)

Start Date: ASAP

Client Industry: Healthcare IT


Services Required:

  • Detailed test planning. Review technical documents and analyze business requirements.
  • Create test cases and review test cases created by other testers.
  • Execute test cases and update test results. Active participation in defect triage, effective problem solving, and strong communication.
  • BC Healthcare and/or Knowledge Management implementation experience beneficial.


Skills / Experience Required:

  1. Salesforce knowledge (Specific Tools: Salesforce Platform, Health Cloud, Health Connect - Deloitte Product)
  2. Health Domain Knowledge / Government (Public Service)
  3. Strong, detail oriented tester


Candidate Profile:

  • Previous work experience in: Healthcare / Government / Public Sector
  • Bonus: Previous testing experience within Cloud environment (AWS / Azure)
  • Previously worked on Testing with Salesforce Applications
  • Will be required to come up with ALL test cases from a list of requirements
  • Previous testing experience within an enterprise environment
  • Tools Needed: JIRA, TestRail, Salesforce
  • Ability to think independently and ask questions ---> must have testing basics down and be able to think through full testing SDLC
