Intermediate Data Analyst - Integrations

Are you an intermediate Data Analyst with experience on Data integration projects? Are you well-versed with ETL tools? Does working remotely appeal to you?

If so, read on. My client, an established logistics company is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. This role will work on planning and coordination of all activities related to the integration of data across various sources.

This is a permanent role and can be remote in Winnipeg, Manitoba or Ontario. (Must work CST times)

Qualifications;

• Knowledge of relational database design and management techniques.
• Strong knowledge of system and data quality best practices and methodologies.
• Experience with technical requirements analysis and data mapping.
• Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc.
• Skilled with ETL and tools like SQL, SSIS, Python, and R.
• Exposure to cloud technologies
• Educational background in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• At least 3 years of related work experience in Data Integration on enterprise

What you'll do:

• Monitor data flow between databases, servers and Cloud services
• Plan, execute, and manage the integration of new data and data stores
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Conduct data cleansing and validation processes to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Ensure that integration projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfil end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
