We are looking for an experienced Indie Game Marketer and Educational Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the gaming industry, marketing strategies, and the ability to create engaging educational content for indie game studios looking to promote their games. If you are passionate about helping indie game developers succeed and have a strong marketing background, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the gaming industry, as well as marketing techniques and tools.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the game's promotional materials, such as trailers, screenshots, and press kits, are of high quality and effectively showcase the game.
• Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize game visibility and player engagement.
• Provide regular updates and reports on marketing performance and educational content engagement.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and showcase our games.
• Create engaging educational content in the form of blog posts, videos, webinars, and guides aimed at helping indie game studios and developers promote their games.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for our indie game titles, including social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, email marketing, and public relations.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to measure content effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French is a plus.
• Experience with SEO and content marketing.
• Community Management Skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in game marketing
• Experience with graphic design.
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation for social media.
• Knowledge of Digital Advertising.
