Primary Responsibilities

Drawing on the Andersen tradition of over 100 years of quality, innovation, and craftsmanship, Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. Our process begins with a free in-home consultation. We then custom-make beautiful, energy-efficient composite windows and professionally install them for optimal performance. We are in search of a hardworking, self-motivated, and experienced individual who is looking for a full-time opportunity to become the Window Installer (In house) for Renewal by Andersen. All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Build rapport with homeowners to ensure satisfaction from the beginning to the end of the project.
• Install top of the line windows effectively.

Qualifications

• Good organizational skills
• Strong communication skills; clear and readable written documents and messages
• Mechanical aptitude
• 2-3 years of window installation experience
• Good computer skills

Compensation And Benefits

• Holiday pay

• $60,000-$75,000 salary
