Are you looking to gain Heating, Ventilation, & Air Condition (HVAC) knowledge and learn firsthand from industry leading professionals that are both HVAC mechanical and Automation (controls) centric? Our team will give you this opportunity. In addition, we provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA). We will equip you with tools and a vehicle to perform your job at the highest standard.

Duties and Responsibilites

• Keep JCI, contractors, and the customer advised of job progress and issues as needed.
• Under leadership direction, you will work on the truck-based team, providing routine, periodic service, and inspections on Mechanical HVAC equipment at customer sites.
• Through formal training, coaching and mentorship, you will develop skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to meet customer needs.

Required

What we look for

• This position requires a valid driver’s license.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to be on-call as required.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment, commercial and residential.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Willingness to supplement on-the-job training with training provided through the apprenticeship program.
• This position is open to non-union tradesmen.
• Ability to perform general and advanced building maintenance.
• Entry level HVAC Refrigeration (or related trade) Apprentice.
