Job Details


  • Perform incidental welding on equipment
  • Trouble shooting and Diagnostics
  • Able to deal with people professionally
  • Keep Detailed and accurate reports
  • Diagnose defects and perform repairs in the shop and on the road
  • Inspect and repair heavy off road equipment (CAT, Volvo, Komatsu)
  • Instruct apprentices
  • Continued learning in technology and repair techniques
  • Test repairs for proper performance
  • Perform Maintenance work on drives, transmissions, engines, cables, winches, compressors, pumps, generators, etc.


Requirements


  • Works well under pressure
  • Indoor/outdoor work
  • Computer Literate
  • Valid drivers License
  • Proven mechanical abilities in hydraulics, electrical, schematics, and diagnostics
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 3 Years of experience in Heavy Equipment
  • Physically able to lift 50 pounds
