Job Description

Orchestrate all aspects of Lastman’s Bad Boy strategic e-commerce plan. Combining existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology, and management to deliver a superior customer shopping journey.Responsible for the e-commerce website of the brand. Manage the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns.The priority is to develop the effective planning and execution of the e-commerce strategy, working cross-functionally with teams to ensure quality assurance (QA) and timely publishing of all web content.


  • Own and manage online marketing solutions (including SMS & Email), social media integration, search engine optimization (SEO), and AdWords Search programs.
  • Lead development of marketing strategy by working closely with Lastman’s Bad Boy team, partners, managers, creatives, and media partners to create effective plans focused on growing the audience for our products.
  • Lead and manage all Email audience management, strategy, planning, executions, performance, and cost management.
  • Innovate new ways to navigate market shifts and competitive challenges, identify emerging sales opportunities, and establish crucial B2B relationships.
  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales.
  • Responsible for the P&L of Lastman’s Bad Boy website with the objective of increasing revenue, site traffic, sessions, and conversions each month.
  • Understand key performance metrics including forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for a marketing team.
  • Responsible for managing with the team for all E-Commerce vendor partnerships and contractors to ensure the Lastman’s Bad Boy website is running effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide thought leadership, innovation, and process optimization initiatives such as implementing e-commerce software and other industry best practices.
  • Oversee and grow the marketing department by identifying revenue opportunities among established partners through co-op sales programs.
  • Conduct F2F or virtual meetings with buyers and store staff to resolve challenges, brainstorm possible solutions, and provide communication tools to ensure the team is consistently performing above expectations.
  • Drive strategic product decisions through the evaluation of market trends and prospective analysis of the business’s product and revenue performance.
  • Direct integrated digital campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates, overall order size, and managing margin performance.
  • Lead and manage all SMS audience management, strategy, planning, executions, performance, and cost management.
  • Manage, screen, and evaluate for potential partnerships for all incoming NBD inquiries from Canadian, U.S., and International businesses.
  • Identify short- and long-term scheduling and resource needs, including development and management of the annual marketing budget, profit-and-loss projections, and expenditures.
  • Responsible to negotiate and implement a multi-million-dollar omnichannel marketing plan that supports Lastman’s Bad Boy sales plans, attracts, and retains new customers, increases gross margin, and ultimately increases conversion rates for both the e-commerce and 12 retail stores.
  • Collaborate with Lastman’s Bad Boy team (Buyers/Services/Sales/Operations) to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products.
  • Lead and manage all media planning and contract management for all marketing programs.
  • Lead and manage all Social planning, executions, and customer inquiries/questions/feedback.
  • Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations.
