Job Description:
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Global Head of Sales and Partnerships who is passionate about operational excellence and has a proven track record of success in driving sales growth. As the Global Head of Sales and Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales operational excellence and improve sales performance aligned with the company's overall strategy.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Operate in a strategic capacity while enforcing rigor and tactical team performance using DTN DRIVE sales methodology to grow customer engagements.
  • Develop and manage sales processes, tools, and metrics to ensure that the sales team is operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Exemplify logic in making decisions based on relevant facts and data.
  • Maintain an external focus, champion shareholder interests and focus on customers in decision-making.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement and segment team appropriately.
  • Focus on building a strong partnership with Customer Experience and promote practices that increase customer adoption and expansion outcomes.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget to ensure that sales goals are achieved within budget constraints – sales/revenue mix at appropriate cost of sales
  • Raise the bar in terms of sales process, cadence, discipline and excellence across the global sales organization, ensuring that every member of the sales team is fully skilled, motivated and fully focused on achieving their goals.
Requirements:
  • A proven ability to hire, retain, motivate and manage a world-class sales operation that consistently delivers monthly bookings on or over plan.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity and accountability.
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong detail-orientation, specifically around deal propensity, forecast calls, and account plans leveraging full capabilities of Salesforce CRM suite
  • Possess the EQ to deliver with an effective collaborative style in a matrixed environment, with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Successful track record of generating revenue through selling subscription-based SaaS software or DaaS solutions with a value-based selling approach
  • High commercial acumen and record of confidence dealing with executive level stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong track record in driving growth with direct customers and indirect/channel segments of the marketplace
  • 10+ years of experience in international sales management with a focus on operational excellence
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
