Description:

• Position: Guest Services Associate
• Salary: $16+ per hour plus bonus incentive + benefits

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinating appointments
• General administration responsibilities
• Selling services and retail products
• Greeting and checking in Guests
• Opening & closing
• Appointment confirmation & scheduling
• Answering calls and emails
• Point of sale operations

Requirements:

• Organized, punctual, reliable
• Experience in Reception / Customer Service, or related field, is required
• Outgoing and positive attitude
• Professional and self-starter, with interest in learning, and taking on additional responsibilities
• Experience in typing and Microsoft Office
• Energized by working in fast-paced customer-service focused environment
• Self-motivated
• Ability to communicate effectively
