Global It Transformation Change Lead

Issoria is partnering with a global benefits and pensions company whoa re looking for a Global IT Transformation Change Lead/ Change Management Programme Lead based in Canada or the US who would be happy with travel to the office in Canada. This is a SENIOR role therefore you need to have worked at a senior level previously and had full scope of a project. You will also need to have experience with Change Management within an IT/ Digital space.

Responsible for leading the Organisational Change Management program associated with multiple concurrent waves of global ERP/IT transformation.

Role: Global IT Transformation Change Lead / Global Change Program Lead

Location: Remote (travel to Canada)

Duration: 12-18 Months Initially

Scope/Deliverables:

• Establishing the business engagement models for all waves
• Coordinating and facilitating all Change Agent and Super User network interactions
• Planning & delivering all training activities, including the training needs analysis, training strategy, development of training materials, and delivery of end-user training
• Developing and deploying all internal and external communications
• Conducting change impact analyses and incorporating results into communications and training deliverables
• Creating and maintaining a series of metrics to measure OCM effectiveness
• Establishing change management communications, training, stakeholder management and organizational design strategies
• Working with business unit leaders and Human Resources to develop and implement an organizational design plan
