Fx Risk Release Coordinator - Hybrid

Citi Tech Hub is looking for a talented Release Coordinator to join the FX Risk Team. This role is primarily focused on helping multiple development teams to promote their code into the production environment by facilitating miscellaneous activities which are required for that. You will also help new team members across the globe to have a successful onboarding journey and participate in the activities aimed to improve the overall team’s experience.

What we want from you:

• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle
• Attention to detail and tracking skills
• Understanding how servers, databases and messaging platforms work
• English B2
• Knowledge of the basics of Change Management

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the IT industry
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
