Frontend Developer - React (Hybrid)

The Front-End React Developer will work with the Front-end Platforms team to build new features on a new product within the retail space. You are passionate about user experience and have an eye for improving interfaces. Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, Software Development and Architecture.
Your Moneris Career - What You'll Do

• Create and deliver complex software solutions that have organizational and/or client impact.
• Own the full stack and lifecycle of key software applications from ideation to execution.
• Design, develop and support user-focused web-based applications and programs.
• Mentor other software developers to support their performance and pass on knowledge.

Your Moneris Career - What You Bring

• Experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Practical experiencing working within an Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban).
• Bachelor's degree required in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience in a Technology or business environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in software development, design, and / or business intelligence environments
• Hands-on experience building an enterprise web app using React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, Router, HTML5, CSS3, Server-side Rendering, Virtual DOM.
• Communicate progress/approach with technical and non-technical peers/clients.
