Front Store Manager Jobs

Key responsibilities:

• Creating a respectful work environment
• Ensuring the store delivers excellent customer service levels
• Receiving orders into the store daily
• Providing leadership and guidance to store staff, including the scheduling of staff within set guidelines
• Merchandising of product, including execution of planograms and promotional ends
• Attend monthly Front Store Manager Meetings with other managers in organization
• Managing the staff, physical and financial resources of the front store and ensuring that the store objectives are achieved
• Placing promotional orders and replenishment orders

Qualifications:

• Computer literacy
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Thorough understanding of and the abilities to execute merchandising standards
• Customer service awareness
• Previous management experience
• Proven leadership and staff management abilities
• Time management skills

Other information:

This position full-time, permanent and includes day shift, night shifts, weekends and some holidays. This position, available immediately will be compensated based on experience and include Health and Dental insurance, Life insurance, parking, a store discount and bonus opportunities.
